As an active ham, I'm often finding that things that I want to do are pushing the limits of Part 97, the rules we must operate under.  

I'm not shy to ask for changes.

Here is a rule change I requested in 1993 to allow hams to retransmit EBS transmissions.

Here is the letter I got in return.  The request was denied.

Now that EAS has been around for a while, I think it's time to start again.

Repeaters
