After a long running battle with SW Bell, I and my club have finally won! The information and letters on your site were extremely helpful. Attached is a copy of the letter that I received from Southwestern Bell granting our request for a residential rate for our phone line at our club repeater site. The last sentence of the second paragraph where it says "this billing change will be prospective only" only means that the change will not be made retroactive. Guess someone at SWBell wanted to be sure that they didn't leave the door open for us to ask for a refund for all the years they overcharged us! In a follow-up phone call to the letter, I was told that SWBell was going to look at implementing this decision across the 5-state area where they do business. Even so, I'd be willing to bet that they won't offer it up without it being asked for. Thanks again and feel free to add this to your site. I hope it helps others in Missouri and elsewhere.
